Job Summary

We are looking for a highly independent and execution-driven Manager – Site Audit & Quality to oversee audit and quality operations across EMO Energy's charging infrastructure network. The role involves conducting detailed site audits, evaluating electrical systems and operational quality, identifying gaps, and driving corrective actions in coordination with leadership teams. This position is field-intensive and works closely with the COO to strengthen operational excellence and quality standards across sites.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct regular audits across charging sites covering charger health, electrical systems, wiring, earthing, safety standards, vehicles, operational processes, and manpower
  • Evaluate on-ground execution quality and ensure adherence to operational SOPs and safety protocols
  • Identify operational gaps, root causes, risks, and quality deviations through structured field inspections
  • Publish detailed daily audit reports with observations, evidence, action items, and closure tracking
  • Work closely with the COO and cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and execution of quality initiatives
  • Monitor overall site readiness, operational standards, and infrastructure reliability across locations
  • Independently report actual field conditions and ensure accountability for corrective and preventive actions
  • Travel extensively across sites and support continuous process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
  • 4–8 years of experience in electrical operations, audits, field quality, commissioning, service, or infrastructure operations
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, earthing, safety practices, and field troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience in field inspections, audits, and operational quality management
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
  • High ownership mindset with strong follow-through and execution capabilities
  • Comfortable working independently in field-intensive environments

Good To Have

  • Prior experience in EV charging infrastructure, mobility, energy, or power systems
  • Exposure to charger commissioning, maintenance, or electrical site operations
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth operational environments
  • Familiarity with audit reporting tools, dashboards, and process compliance systems
