Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Acquisition Specialist based in Meerut. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and negotiating leases for suitable sites, coordinating site acquisition activities, and managing site compliance processes. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with radio frequency (RF) teams for optimal site selection, engaging with landowners and other stakeholders, and supporting the overall site development process to meet client and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Site Acquisition and Site Development processes
• Strong Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, landowners, and relevant authorities
• Experience in negotiating Leases and managing lease agreements
• Basic understanding or knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) parameters
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and local regulatory frameworks is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Real Estate, Telecommunications, or Engineering
• Past experience in telecom infrastructure or real estate industry preferred
