Site Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting activities at the site
• Record site expenses and ensure timely reporting to the head office
• Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records of cash flow
• Process invoices, verify bills, and coordinate with vendors
• Prepare site-level financial reports, including expense tracking and budget variance
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Assist with audits and ensure timely submission of required documents
• Coordinate with the central finance team for reconciliation and reporting

Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in site-level accounting, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities at the site
