Job Description

Role Summary

The Distribution Manager will lead and scale the SIS distribution business across North India for a national women's western wear brand. The role is responsible for driving topline growth, strengthening distributor partnerships, improving stock productivity, and ensuring consistent execution across SIS counters while managing a large regional business.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage ₹50 Cr annual business across North India through SIS distribution.

·        Appoint, develop, and manage distributors handling SIS counters.

·        Drive primary and secondary sales growth in line with regional targets.

·        Ensure strong stock health, sell-through, and inventory rotation at SIS level.

·        Plan seasonal buys, allocations, replenishment, and depth planning with distributors.

·        Monitor counter-wise performance, productivity, and space utilization.

·        Execute national and regional schemes, promotions, and launches effectively.

·        Ensure timely collections and strict adherence to credit policies.

·        Lead distributor sales teams to improve coverage and market penetration.

·        Track competition, market trends, and consumer demand in women's western wear.

·        Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, and finance teams.

·        Ensure robust MIS, forecasting, and reporting for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

·        Graduate / MBA preferred.

·        8–12 years of experience in Sales & Distribution with a national fashion / apparel brand.

·        Strong exposure to women's western wear and SIS distribution model.

·        Proven experience handling large regional business (₹50 Cr+).

·        Excellent distributor management, negotiation, and execution skills.

·        Strong analytical mindset with hands-on market presence.

·        Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
