Job Title: Migration Support Analyst

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full Time

What You'll Do

• Support the Migration Lead in executing data migration activities on Sirion CLM implementations.
• Assist with legacy contract extraction, data cleansing, and preparation of migration-ready data sets
• Perform field mapping exercises and document transformation rules under the guidance of the Migration Lead
• Execute data loads using Sirion's import tooling and conduct validation/reconciliation checks against source data
• Log and track data quality issues; coordinate with client teams to obtain clarifications and corrections
• Support cutover activities including dry runs, final loads, and post-migration validation

Preferred Experience & Attributes:

• 1–3 years of experience in CLM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS implementations;
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or basic scripting preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a big picture perspective
• Ability to manage and effectively balance multiple clients and systems designs
