Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sirion CLM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our team and support key client engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Sirion CLM platform, with the ability to manage the end-to-end design process, gather business requirements, and provide best practice recommendations to clients. This is a critical client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Function as the primary functional consultant for Sirion CLM implementations.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Manage end-to-end solution design in alignment with client needs.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Provide best practice guidance on CLM processes and Sirion platform capabilities.
• Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations as needed.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful deployment.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working with Sirion CLM platform.
• In-depth understanding of Sirion system functionality, configuration, and workflows
• Proven experience managing design and configuration end-to-end.
• Ability to advise clients on best practices and optimization strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with CLM processes, contract management, and legal operations
• Experience in functional consulting or business analysis within CLM/Legal Tech
• Exposure to integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, DMS)
• Certifications in Sirion CLM (if available)
