Position: Simulator Technician – Electrical & Electronics (Trainee / Junior)

About Cusmat

Cusmat builds XR-based simulator training platforms used by leading organizations in mining, construction, defence, and heavy equipment. Our simulators recreate real machines like excavators, loaders, and dumpers so operators can train safely before they get on the actual equipment.

What you'll do

• Assemble, wire, and test simulator hardware including control panels, joysticks, pedals, switches, sensors, and motion components
• Read and work from wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and assembly drawings
• Perform soldering, crimping, cable harnessing, and panel wiring to quality standards
• Test and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults using a multimeter and basic test tools
• Support installation and commissioning of simulators at client sites across India
• Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• Maintain service reports, checklists, and hardware inventory records
• Follow workplace safety practices and keep the workshop organized

What we're looking for

• ITI or Diploma in a relevant trade (2024, 2025, or 2026 pass-outs welcome)
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and electronic components
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and a multimeter
• Willingness to travel to client locations for installation and service
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and good teamwork
• Working knowledge of English plus Hindi or Kannada is a plus

Good to have

• Apprenticeship or internship in electrical, automotive, or industrial maintenance
• Exposure to PLCs, microcontrollers (Arduino), sensors, or control panels
• Familiarity with heavy equipment controls (JCB, Komatsu, Tata Hitachi, etc.)
