Are you passionate about plant simulation We're looking for skilled professionals to lead and execute simulation projects that optimize material flow and manufacturing efficiency.

• #Plant_Simulation Expertise – #Siemens_Tecnomatix_Plant_Simulation (PlantSim) or #AnyLogic (minimum 1 year of hands-on experience).
• Project Leadership – Proven experience in executing and leading multiple plant simulation projects, managing teams, and meeting customer deliverables.
• Data Analysis – Comfortable using Excel for data analysis and presentation.
• Technical Proficiency – Expert in Plant Simulation and AnyLogic, with strong mathematical and statistical modeling skills.
• Domain Knowledge – Material flow planning, supply chain analysis, warehouse processes, and material handling systems (added advantage).
• Customer Interaction – Ability to engage with diverse customers and ensure project success.
• Continuous Improvement – Apply analytical thinking to optimize industrial processes.
• Behavioral Competencies – Self-organized, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
