Simulation Engineer -Digital Twin

Roles and Responsibilities

• Multiphysics simulation (Structural, thermal, fluid, electromagnetic)

· Virtual representation of physical systems, interpret analysis results and suggest best solution to design team.

• Development, planning of the simulation model, validation process in accordance with ASME V&V 10-2019
• Correlation of simulation results with test data/results.
• Creation of simulation procedures for Hybrid Release

· Delivery the FEA results in first time right and on time (FTRoT).

· Support in the creation of design guidelines

· Real-time data integration from sensors

Additional Skills Required:

· Knowledge of Fatigue Life Estimation.

· Design optimization techniques

· Knowledge of PTC- CREO, Python

· Good theoretical and Analytical knowledge in Engineering Mechanics, Design and Engineering materials and Finite Element Methods.

· Good in Analytical Calculation, FEA report preparation and presentation skills.

· Simulation Automation

· Knowledge of Simulation Data Management

· Engage in close collaboration with global simulation and design specialists.

· The candidate should have good communication skills in English, and knowledge of German would be considered an additional asset.

· Problem-solving and critical thinking.
