Location : Pune (Local candidate only)
- 3+ years of industrial experience in OEM / manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with Discrete Event Simulation tools such as FlexSim, AnyLogic, Simio, or Plant Simulation
- Ability to develop and validate simulation models for logistics, assembly, installation, and operations
- Programming exposure in Python, C/C++, C#, or VBA
- Knowledge of SQL and optimization techniques
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 / manufacturing processes / supply chain modeling
Good to have:
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics analytics
- Ability to simulate what-if scenarios and failure modes
- Familiarity with CAD tools (Creo, Catia, SketchUp)
- Exposure to Agile/DevOps and data analytics
