Job Description for Operations assistant Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of Operations assistant. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.
- Job title: Operations assistant.
- Job location- Mohali, Punjab. Job responsibilities: Ops Assistant will take care the Wireless and Wireline sites mainly including Mobility Sites for Telecom Customer
- Review incoming emails containing rejected invoices from Customer.
- Identify and categorize reasons for invoices rejection (e.g., pricing discrepancies, missing information.)
- Document and track all communication and action taken regarding rejected invoices.
- Provide regular updates to management on invoices.
- Manage communication channels within the mail opportunities.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries, request, and updates related to Customer mail opportunities.
- Review the Work of tech by analysing the work of Technician in
- Reviewing Labor Details e.g., Drive Time & Onsite Time.
- Verify the parts details, which has been used by technician at that site.
- You'll prepare excel workbooks for billing of wireline jobs by looking for Invoices.
- Will work on web-based application that streamlines the data collection process for inventory and maintenance activities conducted at Mobility Sites
- Develop and maintain detailed QC checklists and procedures for battery replacements.
- Review purchase orders in web-based portal.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of PO details, including pricing, quantities, and terms.
- Maintain clear and organized records of assigned purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during PO assignment. Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Basic MS-Excel knowledge.
- Analytical Ability.
