Role Overview
We are looking for a Tech Lead AI who will take ownership of designing, building, and delivering high-quality AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and mentoring, ensuring best practices across AI engineering, MLOps, and solution delivery.
The Tech Lead will work closely with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions while guiding and mentoring a team of AI engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from concept to production.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to AI engineers.
- Build and optimize LLM-based workflows using modern GenAI frameworks and tools.
- Implement and follow MLOps best practices for scalable model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs
into AI solutions.
- Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends and continuously improve AI capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 12 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in building and deploying ML-powered and AI-driven applications.
- Solid expertise in Generative AI and LLMs, including hands-on use of modern AI frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and common ML algorithms.
- Experience with AWS ML services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, JumpStart, or equivalent cloud AI stacks.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide teams and collaborate across functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Exposure to data engineering concepts and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Passion for innovation and applying cutting-edge AI technologies to real-world business
problems.
- Ability to influence technical direction and contribute to AI strategy and best practices.
