Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering, with experience in a leadership role.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience managing version control systems and optimizing databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience in Python, C++, and Bash scripting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Experience with the DevOps VLSI, semiconductor, or hardware design industry.
- Experience with MLOps applied to infrastructure management and with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to communicate technical roadmaps to global stakeholders and lead high-performing teams in fluid environments.

In this role, you will be part of a team developing Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC) used to accelerate and improve traffic efficiency in data centers. You will collaborate with members of architecture, verification, power and performance, physical design, etc. to specify and deliver high quality designs for next generation data center accelerators. You will solve technical problems with innovative micro-architecture and practical logic solutions, and evaluate design options with complexity, performance, power and area in mind.

Responsibilities
- Define and manage the strategy for CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure automation across the VLSI design lifecycle.
- Optimize large-scale distributed infrastructure, including compute farms and storage, ensuring high performance for complex chip design workloads.
- Oversee critical services such as version control systems, build systems, and design data management. Provide technical mentorship to the DevOps team and collaborate with CAD and Design teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Drive the adoption of Google DevOps tools and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles.
- Integrate AI/ML techniques into infrastructure management for enhanced operational efficiency and capacity planning.
