Requirements

Expertise in SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence, and Collaboration Hub
Strong skills in business process modeling (BPMN 2.0) and workflow optimization
Experience in process mining, analytics, and governance frameworks
Integration knowledge with SAP and enterprise systems
Ability to lead training, workshops, and stakeholder engagement
SAP Signavio Specialist – Key Responsibilities
Process Modeling & Optimization
Develop and maintain business process models using BPMN 2.0 standards.
Identify inefficiencies and design optimized workflows to improve operational performance.
Collaborate with business units to align processes with organizational goals.
Process Intelligence & Mining
Utilize SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to analyze process data and uncover insights.
Conduct process mining to identify bottlenecks, compliance issues, and improvement opportunities.
Implement governance frameworks to ensure process consistency and compliance.
Platform Configuration & Integration
Configure and manage SAP Signavio Process Manager and Collaboration Hub.
Integrate Signavio solutions with SAP and other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
Ensure scalability and reliability of process management solutions across the enterprise.
Analytics & Reporting
Build dashboards and reports to monitor process performance and KPIs.
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on analytics findings.
Continuously refine reporting mechanisms to support decision-making.
Training & Stakeholder Engagement
Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Engage stakeholders to drive adoption of process management tools and practices.
Act as a trusted advisor for business units on process transformation initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on SAP Signavio product enhancements and industry best practices.
Recommend innovative approaches to strengthen process governance and efficiency.
Document standards, methodologies, and best practices for long-term sustainability.
