• Experience : Relationship Management experience in Banks, NBFC, Brokerage houses

• Work in close coordination with Service Delivery Ambassadors to deliver superior service to clients
• Cross-sell Trade & Fx, Wealth, Insurance products to clients
• Portfolio allocations, reviews & financial check-ups for each client according at defined frequency
• Ensuring 360 client engagement Total Client Ownership
• Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines
