Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Signature Relationship Manager, based in Bihiya. The role involves managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, identifying their banking and financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include cross-selling banking products, achieving sales targets, fostering long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure superior customer service. The manager will also monitor client portfolios and provide expert financial advice aligned with RBL Bank's product offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and client servicing abilities
- Knowledge of banking products and financial services, including liability and investment products
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for understanding client needs
- Sales acumen and the ability to achieve or surpass targets through client engagement and product cross-selling
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and banking operations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred
- Prior experience in managing high-net-worth clients or a retail banking environment is advantageous
