Job Description
Accenture is looking for an experienced Siemens Teamcenter Consultant/Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in PLM implementations, customization, and integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with global clients to deliver scalable and high-quality Teamcenter solutions across engineering and manufacturing domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and implement Siemens Teamcenter solutions
- Work on Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) customization and configuration
- Develop and customize using ITK, RAC, SOA, BMIDE, and AIE
- Configure workflows, ACLs, BOMs, change management (ECR/ECO/ECN)
- Perform data migration using T4x, CSV, PLMXML, or custom scripts
- Integrate Teamcenter with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and other enterprise applications
- Support upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Prepare technical design documents and provide production support
- Follow Accenture delivery standards and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter
- Strong experience with Teamcenter 11/12/13+
- Proficiency in Java, C/C++, XML, XSLT, SQL
- Hands-on experience with BMIDE, ITK, SOA, AWC customization
- Strong understanding of PLM concepts, product structures, and lifecycle management
- Experience in Teamcenter workflows and access control
- Good knowledge of Agile / SDLC methodologies
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Good to Have
- Experience working in Accenture or similar consulting environments
- Exposure to manufacturing or automotive/aerospace domains
- Teamcenter certification
- Experience with cloud-based PLM deployments
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
