Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions you deliver are efficient and effective, while also participating in code reviews and providing mentorship to junior team members.

- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

- Mentor junior professionals, guiding them in best practices and technical skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

- Experience with modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

- Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
