Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Siemens Teamcenter PLM Engineer with 58 years of hands-on experience in installation, configuration, deployment, and report development. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and strong expertise in PLM tools, support activities, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, configuration, deployment, and reporting activities for Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
- Work with Teamcenter architecture, including rich client, server, and utility development.
- Provide Level 2 support for Teamcenter products and related technology components.
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and deliver effective PLM solutions.
- Handle Bill of Material (BOM), Change Management, BMIDE, Access Management, utilities, and templates.
- Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and external vendors/third-party providers.
- Maintain data integrity and implement corrective actions for identified inconsistencies.
- Analyze complex issues, recommend solutions, and ensure smooth support operations.
- Prepare and share metrics for the support team to enhance performance and visibility.
- Educate customers and team members using strong domain knowledge of Teamcenter and related tools.
- Support ongoing projects and assist in process optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM (mandatory).
- Strong expertise in Teamcenter PLM framework, architecture, and tools.
- Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, deployment, and report development.
- Solid understanding of product design and manufacturing processes supported by Teamcenter.
- Knowledge of BOM, Change Management, BMIDE, Access Management, utilities, and templates.
- Experience in support projects and handling complex technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
