Siemens Teamcenter PLM Architect - Contract - India

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Siemens Teamcenter PLM Architect for a large-scale digital engineering and PLM transformation program bfor a client working in the energy equipment manufacuring space. This role is critical in designing, standardising, and scaling Teamcenter PLM solutions to support enterprise product development and lifecycle processes across global business units.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and govern Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions at an enterprise level
• Define PLM architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices
• Lead Teamcenter configuration, customisation, and solution design across domains
• Integrate Teamcenter with ERP, CAD, MES, ALM, and downstream enterprise systems
• Support PLM roadmap definition, migrations, upgrades, and new implementations
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable PLM solutions
• Ensure data consistency, performance, security, and scalability across the PLM landscape
• Establish governance models, design documentation, and architectural guardrails
• Mentor delivery teams and provide technical leadership across PLM initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering and product lifecycle processes

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience working with Siemens Teamcenter in an architect or senior technical role
• Strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture, BMIDE, workflows, data model, and integrations
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter customisation (ITK, SOA/REST, AWC)
• Solid understanding of PLM concepts, product structures, configuration management, and change processes
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and CAD tools
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, data management, and enterprise integrations
• Experience working in global delivery environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Teamcenter X or cloud-based PLM deployments
• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Background in automotive, aerospace, industrial, or engineering-driven industries
• Siemens certifications (Teamcenter or PLM-related)

Start date: 01/06/2026
Duration: Contract - 6 Month initial
