Role OverviewWe are looking for a Siemens DISW Sales Executive responsible for driving enterprise and mid-market sales of Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) solutions. The role involves engaging with engineering teams, EPCs, consultants, OEMs, and infrastructure organizations to position Siemens DISW offerings aligned with their digital engineering needs.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Siemens DISW solutions
- Engage with decision-makers such as Engineering Heads, BIM Managers, Digital Transformation Leads, and CTOs
- Understand customer engineering workflows and map suitable DISW solutions
- Conduct solution discussions, demos (with technical team), and proposal presentations
- Coordinate with Siemens channel teams and internal technical consultants
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
- Maintain CRM updates, pipeline forecasting, and sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Management
- Experience in engineering software, PLM, BIM, CAD, or enterprise software sales
- Strong understanding of B2B consultative selling
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Siemens DISW portfolio (NX, Teamcenter, Solid Edge, etc.) is a plus
