Job Title: Siebel CRM Developer
Experience : 7+years
Location: Hyderabad
Interview Mode: F2F Interview on Friday 22-May-26(TCS Hyderabad)
Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time Education
7+ years of experience in Oracle Siebel
- Strong development experience in Siebel Configuration & Scripting
- Good knowledge in Siebel Order management and Order to asset conversion
- Strong development experience in Siebel EAI
- Good in Integration using Webservices ( Using REST API is preferable and exposure to OUI Integration)
- Strong Siebel CRM Functional Knowledge
- Strong Telecom processes
- Good in mapping the business requirements to Siebel CRM out of the box vanilla processes
- Good in communication and able to manage the business team
- Good in providing the workaround solutions for the critical requirements where vanilla process are NOT fit
- Implement, support, and enhance Oracle CRM solutions
- Gather business requirements and design CRM solutions
- Configure, customize, and integrate CRM modules
- Prepare High level business requirements document
- Provide user training and documentation
