Exp: 8+ years
Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai
- Expertise in Siebel Tools, Configuration, Scripting (eScript/VB Script), Workflow, and Business Services.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Siebel EAI
- Workflow Process Manager
- Runtime Events
- Assignment Manager
- Product Administration
- Open UI
- Knowledge of Siebel Data Model and Repository Architecture.
- Experience with EIM, Data Migration, and Integration technologies.
- Understanding of Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSD, and JSON.
- Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle/SQL Server).
- Experience in production support, issue analysis, and performance tuning.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Siebel Open UI customization.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes.
- Exposure to telecom, banking, insurance, or healthcare CRM implementations.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
