Siebel ABS / Assignment Manager Consultant – Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Siebel CRM Consultant with strong expertise in Appointment Booking System (ABS) and Assignment Manager. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and configuring these functionalities together in previous Siebel CRM projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in configuring and implementing Siebel Appointment Booking System (ABS) and Assignment Manager together.
• Strong understanding of ABS architecture, concepts, and configuration.
• Experience defining and managing Assignment Rules, Assignment Objects, Assignment Criteria, and Assignment Manager workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of ABS Constraints, Schedules, time slots, and resource allocation.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel Field Service modules, including service activities, scheduling, dispatching, and resource management.
