Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various IT projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and manage their expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and project teams.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in project management within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e. , Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
