Position : Management Trainee

Job Description:

• Promising career in the field of financing: Commercial Vehicle, SME, Two-wheeler & Personal Loan, Deposits etc.
• Identification of right Customers, Customers interaction & relationship building.
• Establishing New Business Networks & achieving desired goals.
• Learn entire Gamut of Business activities.

Job Location : Across Karnataka

Eligibility Criteria :

For Engineering

• First Class BE/B.Tech with Minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
• Age Below 25 years, i.e. born on or after 01.01.2001
• Only Male Candidates

For MBA/PGDM :

• First Class MBA/PGDM (2-year Regular Course only) with minimum aggregate of 60%.
• Age Below 25 years, i.e. born on or after 01.01.2001
• Only Male Candidates

Compensation :

• Selected Candidates will be paid CTC of Rs. 2.94 to 3.18 lakhs per annum during Probation.
• After Successful Completion of 6-Month Probation , MTs will be confirmed as Assistant Manager or Equivalent Managerial Positions.
