Showroom Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Showroom Sales Specialist to represent Jaquar Bath & Lights at our luxury experience centre in Chromepet, Chennai.

The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional customer experience - combining design knowledge, hospitality, and sales expertise to match each client with the perfect product solution.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in customers, understanding their design needs and providing personalised guidance.

Present Jaquar's complete range of bath, lighting, and wellness products with strong product knowledge and attention to detail.

Maintain showroom presentation standards : ambience, cleanliness, and display alignment with Jaquar's premium positioning.

Prepare quotations, coordinate with dealers or project clients, and follow up for conversions.

Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

14 years of experience in luxury retail, interiors, lighting, or hospitality.

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

Professional, confident, and customer-centric.

Passionate about design, lifestyle, and creating memorable client experiences.
