Additionally, it serves as an authorized distributor of Bolt Charging Solutions for Ujoy Technology Private Limited, supporting advancements in sustainable mobility solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Showroom Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, providing information about products and services, and assisting them in making purchase decisions. The role also includes maintaining showroom displays, achieving sales targets, offering exemplary customer service, and building customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years experience working in showrooms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product information to customers.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills to establish trust and loyalty with prospective buyers.
• Proven sales skills, providing guidance throughout the purchase process, and working toward achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge or interest in interior layout and design that enhances customer engagement and showroom aesthetics.
• Proficiency in using basic sales and inventory software tools is an advantage.
• Passion for electric vehicles and familiarity with their market trends is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
