We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager for our jewellery store in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management and a passion for jewellery, ensuring a premium shopping experience for our customers while driving sales and managing a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the showroom to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the sales team, providing training and support to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product display and customer engagement.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management of jewellery products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights on performance to upper management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding jewellery sales.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
• Strong understanding of jewellery products, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
• Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
