Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in Bengaluru. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations, manage sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a premium shopping experience. Key responsibilities include supervising a team, maintaining visual merchandising standards, addressing client needs, and fostering a positive and professional showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
• Proven abilities in Sales and Business Development within a retail or showroom environment
• Experience in Showroom Management, including team supervision and operations coordination
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of jewelry products and trends is a significant advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage a dynamic team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
