Job Description

Role Overview:

The Showflow & Artist Manager is responsible for ensuring that every event is executed seamlessly, with a well-structured show flow, artist coordination, and real-time adaptability. This role acts as the bridge between creative ideation and on-the-ground execution, ensuring that all elements come together flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Show Flow & Event Execution

  • Develop and oversee a detailed show flow, ensuring smooth transitions between elements.
  • Maintain real-time adaptability, ensuring on-the-spot problem-solving during events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align execution with the event's emotional and artistic vision.

2. Artist & Vendor Management

  • Manage artist bookings, briefings, and day-of coordination to ensure seamless integration.
  • Ensure artists align with Kahani's storytelling-driven approach to execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for artists/vendors during the event, ensuring all elements align with the schedule.

3. Internal Coordination & Quality Control

  • Work closely with the Client Experience Lead to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Identify gaps in execution and refine processes to strengthen Kahani's operational excellence.
  • Develop best practices and SOPs for event execution, artist engagement, and vendor relationships.

4. Brand & Experience Consistency

  • Ensure that all elements of the show flow are in sync with Kahani's brand positioning.
  • Establish guidelines for maintaining quality control across different event setups.
  • Continuously improve artist and vendor management processes to enhance efficiency.

  • A strategic thinker who thrives on orchestrating seamless event experiences.
  • Experienced in artist & vendor management, real-time event execution, and problem-solving.
  • Quick on your feet, with the ability to adapt to last-minute changes gracefully.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of show flow, timing, and high-end event logistics.
