The Role

We're looking for a short-form video editor to join our content team on a 3-month contract. You'll edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn clips for our clients across multiple industries and markets.

This is a performance-based role. You have a base delivery of 10 videos per month at ₹5,000. Every reel beyond 10 pays ₹500 per reel. The more you deliver, the more you earn. Consistent performers will be renewed and given higher-value projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receiving raw footage and a content brief from our team
• Editing 30-90 second reels with clean cuts, text overlays, pacing, and music
• Delivering within 24-48 hours of receiving a brief
• Maintaining brand consistency across different client accounts
• Communicating daily via WhatsApp for briefs, feedback, and revisions

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to edit short-form social media content — send us your work, not your resume
• Strong sense of pacing and hooks — you know what stops a scroll
• Speed and reliability — deadlines are non-negotiable
• Own editing setup (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
• Available to start immediately

Compensation

₹5,000/month base (10 reels) ₹500 per reel beyond 10 Paid monthly 3-month contract with renewal based on performance.
