Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Shoring Design Engineer with experience in temporary support systems for construction and excavation projects. The candidate should have knowledge of shoring design, structural stability, construction drawings, and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop shoring systems for excavation, foundation, and construction projects.
• Prepare shoring layouts, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
• Review architectural, structural, and civil drawings to identify project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and site teams.
• Ensure shoring designs meet applicable safety standards and project specifications.
• Assist with calculations related to loads, soil pressure, and structural stability.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and engineering requirements.
• Provide technical support to site teams during installation and execution.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of shoring systems, temporary works, excavation support, and foundation support.
• Experience in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or structural analysis software is an advantage.
• Understanding of construction methods, structural principles, and site execution.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Relevant experience in shoring design or temporary works is preferred.
