Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai for a Shopify Website & Ecommerce Manager. The role involves managing and optimizing the Shopify website, driving ecommerce operations, strategizing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing sales and website performance data, and supporting the overall growth of the online store. The manager will collaborate with the team to enhance the customer shopping experience and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and inform decision-making
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork, collaboration, and customer engagement
• Experience in sales and e-commerce operations within online retail environments
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, including digital marketing, to drive online traffic and sales
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing Shopify platforms
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
• Prior experience in the retail or jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
