Role Overview
We're seeking a hands-on Shopify Plus Developer to build, scale, and optimize high-performance ecommerce storefronts.
This role blends frontend engineering, platform architecture, and performance optimization, working closely with design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver seamless customer experiences that drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Led development and optimization of Shopify Plus storefronts and custom apps
- Build, test, and deploy responsive templates using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Implement Shopify Functions, Scripts, and Extensions for advanced business logic
- Convert Figma designs into production-ready features
- Manage integrations with Google Cloud services and third-party platforms
- Support tagging, analytics, and A/B testing setups (GA4, GTM, Hotjar)
- Monitor and improve site speed, performance, and conversion rates
- Ensure mobile-first, cross-device reliability
- Oversee internal/offshore developers and maintain code quality
- Maintain documentation and follow modern Git workflows
- Perform other duties as required
Required Qualifications
Shopify Expertise
- 2+ years of Shopify Plus development experience
- Deep knowledge of Liquid templating
- Hands-on with Shopify Functions, Script Editor, Shopify CLI
- Experience customizing themes and building private/custom apps
Frontend & Engineering
- Strong JavaScript (modern ES6+), HTML, CSS
- Experience with GraphQL & REST APIs
- Familiar with modern JS tooling/workflows
- Git/GitHub version control
Cloud & Integrations
- Experience with Google Cloud (GCP) services & APIs
- Experience with Salesforce integrations
Performance & UX
- Mobile-first, responsive design mindset
- SEO best practices
- Web accessibility standards
- Core Web Vitals optimization
- Performance monitoring & troubleshooting
Nice to Have
- Experience with A/B testing tools
- Ecommerce CRO experience
