Role Description

This is a remote role for a Shopify Expert and Assistant. The responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing Shopify stores, assisting with e-commerce development, and implementing design and functionality adjustments to enhance user experience. Additional tasks involve market and competitor research, data analysis to drive decisions, managing product uploads, and coordinating inventory and website updates. The individual will also assist in digital marketing efforts, including content creation, search optimization, and customer support.

It also includes a variety of additional projects supporting the CEO, such as organizing files, streamlining processes, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Shopify platforms, including experience with store setup, customization, and troubleshooting
• Digital Marketing, SEO, and content creation skills for driving customer engagement and sales
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, product catalog updates, and e-commerce functionality
• Experience in conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and data-driven decision making
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic graphic design tools is an advantage
• Interest in or familiarity with the equestrian industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
