Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Shopify Ecommerce Specialist (Analyst & Planning) role based in Delhi, India. The specialist will manage and optimize the Nutristar Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, collections, and on-site merchandising. Daily responsibilities include monitoring store performance metrics, analyzing sales and customer behavior, updating inventory data, and coordinating promotions and campaigns. The role involves collaborating with marketing and customer service teams to improve user experience, streamline purchase flows, and support conversion and retention initiatives. The specialist will also prepare regular performance reports, recommend data-driven improvements, and help implement best practices for ecommerce operations and planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret ecommerce metrics, sales trends, and customer behavior.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly.
  • Customer service skills to understand shopper needs and contribute to a positive online experience.
  • Hands-on e-commerce skills, preferably with Shopify, including product listing, inventory management, and on-site merchandising.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support promotional planning and conversion optimization.
  • Experience in online retail, D2C brands, or health and fitness products is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for reporting and data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
