We are looking for a skilled Shopify Developer with 13 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Shopify theme development, customization, and app integrations, and be comfortable working with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver high-performing eCommerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify and Shopify Plus stores
- Build and modify Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Customize Shopify templates, sections, and snippets
- Integrate third-party Shopify apps and APIs
- Optimize store performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness
- Implement custom features based on business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, UI issues, and checkout problems
- Collaborate with designers, SEO, and marketing teams
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Follow best practices for Shopify development and security
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience as a Shopify Developer
- Strong knowledge of:
- Shopify platform & ecosystem
- Liquid templating language
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Shopify theme customization
- Hands-on experience with Shopify apps & API integrations
- Understanding of eCommerce concepts (checkout, payments, taxes, shipping)
- Familiarity with Git/version control
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
