About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Shopify Developer to architect and deliver high-quality Shopify and headless commerce solutions for global clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, ownership, and the ability to lead complex development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and customize Shopify themes using Liquid (OS 2.0)
- Develop headless commerce solutions using React & Storefront API
- Create Shopify apps, checkout extensions, and integrations
- Write clean, scalable code using JavaScript and Tailwind CSS
- Lead technical scoping, planning, and client discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery
- Use AI tools like Claude and Cursor to improve development efficiency
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience
- Strong expertise in Liquid, Shopify CLI, and Shopify ecosystem
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), APIs (REST/GraphQL)
- Experience with Node.js or similar backend technologies
- Exposure to headless Shopify (Hydrogen/Next.js)
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
