Contract: 3 Months (Offshore, Extension Possible)

About the Client

Our client operates within the digital commerce space, delivering scalable e-commerce solutions for international markets, including the UK.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Shopify Developer to build, customise, and optimise high-performing e-commerce storefronts. This is a fully remote offshore role working with a UK-based team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Shopify themes and storefronts
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive front-end code
• Integrate third-party apps and APIs
• Troubleshoot performance, functionality, and responsiveness issues
• Ensure best practices, code quality, and timely delivery
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements

Required Experience

• Strong experience with Shopify (themes and apps)
• Proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with API integrations
• Good understanding of e-commerce UX and performance optimisation
• Ability to work independently in a remote contract setup

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify Plus
• Knowledge of responsive/mobile optimisation
• Familiarity with Git and agile workflows
• UI/UX or design exposure
