YOUR TASKS
We are hiring a Shopfloor Software Specialist / Manufacturing IT Engineer for our automotive manufacturing plant. The role focuses on shopfloor software, MES, and production IT systems used in automotive production and testing lines.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement shopfloor software concepts for automotive manufacturing.
Support MES / shopfloor systems / production IT applications on the plant floor.
Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and IT teams.
Configure and administer shopfloor software and manufacturing IT systems.
Perform application support, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Handle issues related to traceability systems and production reporting.
Participate in pilot surveys and testing of shopfloor applications.
Ensure data security, access control, and system availability.
Provide user training and documentation for shopfloor users.
Support continuous improvement and shopfloor digitalization initiatives.
Your Qualifications
Experience in automotive manufacturing IT / shopfloor systems / MES.
Strong understanding of production IT and plant IT environments.
Exposure to OT systems and industrial IT setup.
Experience with MES or traceability systems
Automotive electronics or component manufacturing exposure
Understanding of PLC or test equipment interfaces
Manufacturing digitization / Industry 4.0 exposure
