Shop/Plan Operator-Entry

We are seeking a Shop/Plan Operator-Entry. The Shopfloor Operator is responsible for operating machinery, assembling & testing products, and ensuring smooth production processes on the shop floor. This role involves maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Shop/Plan Operator-Entry, you will be responsible for:
- Should coordinate with customers & 3rd parties during inspections
- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform assembly, testing, packaging, and material handling tasks as required.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or deviations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with 5S principles.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues and escalate major problems to maintenance.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Fuel your passion
- ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical engineering/ Electrical engineering
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machines.
- Understanding safety and quality standards.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
