Location: OMAN

Salary: 200300 OMR (Approx. INR 45=9,000 74,000) + Target Based Incentive

Job Description:

The Shop In Charge is responsible for managing daily operations of an electrical trading shop, handling customer sales, coordinating stock and inventory, and ensuring smooth business operations. The role requires strong knowledge of electrical products along with excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the electrical trading shop
• Handle customer inquiries and support sales activities
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Maintain stock availability and inventory control
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers
• Ensure proper display and handling of electrical products
• Prepare sales and stock reports
• Maintain customer satisfaction and smooth shop operations
• Handle work pressure and multitasking efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience in Electrical Company
• Gulf experience preferred
• Good knowledge of electrical products and materials
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Language skills required: Arabic, Hindi, English, Malayalam
• Experience in sales and shop management preferred
