We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join the Operations Team of a leading shipping company. This role is a great fit for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong communication skills and a deep interest in vessel operations and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly coordinate with Owners, Charterers, and Discharge Port Agents to track voyage progress
• Maintain strong and professional communication across stakeholders
• Manage and support client relationships across the shipping network
• Identify and flag potential operational issues in advance
• Ensure smooth execution of voyages through effective planning and communication

Qualification

• Graduate with a strong academic background
• NMIS certification is mandatory for freshers; optional for candidates with 12 years experience.
• Strong understanding of shipping operations and industry practices
