Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for Shipping Bill filing and E-Sanchit documentation within export operations. The role involves preparing and filing shipping bills accurately on the ICEGATE system, uploading and managing documents in E-Sanchit, and coordinating with customs, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely clearance. The team member will maintain detailed records of shipments, verify documentation against regulatory requirements, and follow up on any discrepancies or queries. Daily tasks include data entry, document scanning, compliance checks, tracking shipment status, and supporting overall export documentation workflow.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving and Shipping for handling export documentation and shipment processing.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, Shipping Bill filing, and E-Sanchit processes.
• Experience in logistics, CHA, freight forwarding
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and online customs portals; familiarity with ICEGATE is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external authorities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
