We are looking for an MBA (Finance) professional to join our Ship Sale & Purchase team.

Educational Requirements :
- Post graduate in Finance from a reputed institute
- Good academic background

We are looking for individuals who:

Key Responsibilities :
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly vessel fleet reports.
- Maintain and update quarterly historical returns sheets.
- Compile and circulate weekly Ship Sale & Purchase (S&P) market activity reports.
Technical Evaluation of Second-Hand Vessels
- Gather and analyse relevant technical and commercial information for vessel evaluations.
- Coordinate and arrange pre-inspection and post-inspection review meetings.
- Conduct comprehensive internal OFAC and compliance checks.
Documentation & Transaction Support
- Review, proofread, and assist in the preparation of negotiation documents and agreements, including Memoranda of Agreement (MOA), Evaluation Agreements (EA), and related documentation.
- Provide end-to-end administrative and analytical support to the Manager – Ship Sale & Purchase.
IT & Process Improvement Initiatives
- Support the implementation and adoption of IT projects and process enhancement initiatives within the S&P department.
Inspection Coordination
- Independently coordinate and arrange vessel inspections for both acquisition and sale transactions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, brokers, owners, and inspectors to ensure smooth execution of inspections.
Data Collection & Analysis
- Obtain, consolidate, and maintain technical and commercial data related to vessel sale and purchase opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of information for decision-making and transaction execution.
