Job Description

URGENT HIRING – ATHARVA FOUNDRIES PVT. LTD.

Location: Wai, Dist. Satara, Maharashtra

Departments:Melting & HPML Moulding

We are looking for Freshers / 0–2 Years Experienced & Suitable Candidates for the following positions:

1. SHIFT SUPERVISOR – MELTING

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Handle Induction Furnace, Charge Preparation & Melting Process
Monitor melting operations as per production requirements
Ensure Production, Quality & Safety Standards are followed
Manage manpower and supervise melting shift operations
Monitor process parameters and maintain process discipline
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance & Production Teams
Maintain 5S, housekeeping & safety practices

Qualification:

Graduate / B.Sc. – Chemistry preferred

2. SHIFT SUPERVISOR – HPML MOULDING

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Handle and supervise HPML / High Pressure Moulding Line Operations
Knowledge of Moulding Machine, Moulding Process & Core Setting
Monitor Production, Moulding Quality & Process Parameters
Ensure smooth operation of the HPML line during the assigned shift
Manage manpower and allocate work effectively
Ensure compliance with Production, Quality & Safety Standards
Coordinate with Melting, Core Shop, Quality & Maintenance Teams
Maintain 5S, housekeeping & safety practices

Qualification:

Graduate / B.Sc.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years / Short Experience in Foundry Operations
Good manpower handling & supervisory skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work in shift duty / Rotation
Working Hours: 12-Hour Rotational Shift Duty
