Shift Manager

We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join our restaurant team.

Location: Mohali

Experience: 3–6 years

Industry: Restaurant / Hospitality

What we are looking for:

• Experience in restaurant or QSR operations
• Good experience in shift handling and team management
• Hands-on experience with bar / liquor operations
• Knowledge of liquor inventory, stock control and daily reconciliation
• Good understanding of restaurant SOPs, hygiene and service standards
• Strong guest handling and communication skills
• Ability to manage the floor independently during shifts

Candidates with experience in restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, bars or premium QSRs are preferred.
