Shift Manager – Store Operations
We are hiring a Shift Manager to oversee complete store operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate should come from a QSR background, have strong leadership skills, and be highly customer-focused with an eye for detail and store standards.
Shift Timings
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Candidates should be flexible to work rotational shifts as required.
Preferred Candidate
- 2–3 years of experience as Shift Manager in QSR / Food Retail
- Strong communication and team handling skills
- Customer-oriented and service-driven
- Strong operational understanding and ownership mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the store during assigned shift
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare weekly staff rosters and allocate manpower efficiently
- Handle inventory management, stock monitoring, and replenishment
- Ensure product availability and coordinate stock movement
- Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Engage actively with guests and create a positive customer experience
- Supervise team performance and ensure SOP compliance
- Manage shift opening/closing, cash handling, and reporting
- Ensure service quality, product standards, and operational discipline
