Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager based in Ludhiana. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations of the caf, manage staff, ensure impeccable customer service, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, delegating tasks, handling customer queries, managing inventory, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The successful candidate will also ensure adherence to company policies and contribute to achieving sales and operational targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong team management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and address complaints professionally
  • Experience in inventory management and stock control
  • Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and time management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure operational efficiency
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food and beverage services is a plus
  • Good communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in hospitality or management are beneficial
